1. Ability to hit deadlines under strict project timelines while not sacrificing quality in the code and design
2. Must have excellent coding ability and passion to write code
3. Strong experience in at least one of the programming languages - Java, Python, Node.js, Angular 7 and database - MongoDB or equivalent
4. Strong knowledge in data structures, algorithms, design patterns
5. 6 months to 1 year of software product development experience (preferable)
