1. Basic knowledge of python
2. Bachelor or Masters degree in Geospatial domain (Geo-spatial domain preferred)
3. Basic knowledge of geo-spatial tools like GDAL/MapInfo/ESRI toolset , DB like Postgres/PostGIS
