About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle inbound calls, help requests on chat support channel or tickets created in our support system
2. Understand BeatRoute as a platform and how customers use it to be able to empathize with customers' issues and provide resolution
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 23rd Nov'20 and 28th Dec'20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Preferably IT educational background of BCA, MCA, BIT, MBA IT or engineering

2. Soft yet clear communicator of English and Hindi language

3. Has a passion for solving customer's issues, not leaving anything open, and one who enjoys customers' appreciation
