1. Knowledge of C/C++
2. Knowledge of communication protocols like I2C, SPI, RS485, and RS422
3. Experience in testing and debugging embedded devices
4. Experience on Linux will be a plus
5. Knowledge of networking will be a plus
6. Understanding of hardware design will be a plus
