3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering cost-effective, value-added services. Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to support strategic growth and Act as the main point of contact for both
4. LTL carriers and warehousing material suppliers.
5. Onboard new vendors and manage all related documentation and compliance requirements. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against agreed service levels.
6. Address and resolve issues related to delays, service failures, or quality concerns.
Source reliable LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) transportation vendors across relevant routes.
7. Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and SLAs with LTL service providers.
Plan and manage the execution of LTL shipments, including load consolidation and transit optimization. Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transport-related issues.
8. Benchmark LTL market rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Identify and qualify suppliers for warehouse-related materials such as racks, pallets, packaging, and handling equipment.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements for ongoing operations or new warehouse setups. Align sourcing plans with warehouse expansion or project timelines to ensure timely material availability.
10. Evaluate vendor proposals and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
11. Negotiate purchase terms, delivery schedules, and payment terms for warehouse materials.
12. Manage the full procurement process: PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and invoice coordination with finance.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation.
13. Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
14. Monitor adherence to safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
