Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 24th Mar'23 and 28th Apr'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Timings - 6 to 7 hours of working per day
Alternate Saturdays are off
Sundays are fixed off

Little Pods is an organization focused on providing a variety of services for children with special needs in a distinctive way. Keeping in mind the individual differences in each child, our trained professionals aim to thoroughly understand the child and help him/her inculcate skills for independent functioning.
Our interventions and strategies are formulated based on the needs of the child while keeping in mind the needs of the school and parents or caregivers. The interventions are introduced in a manner that the child is comfortable with. We focus on improving the child's strengths while modifying his/her weaknesses. We follow a goal-directed approach to help the child gain various skills and teach him/her methods to cope with various difficulties. We also believe in training the individuals prominently involved in the child's life (parents, teachers, caregivers, etc) to ensure the child's needs are taken care of productively and effectively.
