1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 7th Apr'21 and 12th May'21
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Aligarh, Jharkhandi, Bihar and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Experience in developing, managing, and writing case studies or similar materials
2. Good communications skills with the ability to write and present complex material in a compelling and engaging way to a range of audiences
3. Maturity and discretion to engage with local communities about potentially sensitive issues (like gender relations)
4. Strong writing and research skills, as well as basic analytical (qualitative and quantitative), communications, and interviewing skills
5. Experience in working effectively to demanding deadlines and planning and managing field visits
6. Basic understanding of current rural electrification initiatives
7. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multitask, focus, and write quickly and effectively
8. Ability to work collaboratively and independently while establishing strong working relationships and taking direction from one or more project leaders
9. Undergraduate degree (essential) or post-graduate degree or equivalent combination of the undergraduate degree and relevant experience (desirable)
