About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Gather, analyze, and validate data
2. Analyze data using a variety of tools, algorithms, and models
3. Work on RnD of new analytical models, tools, and techniques
4. Develop appropriate statistical and analytical models
5. Generate hidden insights from data and present with effective visualization
6. Define, track, and model key variables and metrics, and provide recommendations and strategic direction
7. Develop and maintain programs for the statistical library, including associated documentation
8. Review statistical forecast (and other) models
9. Interpret data analysis and produce results and reports for a variety of audiences

Added requirements

1. Fresh undergraduate or (preferably) master's degree with statistics major from a top-tier university with a +8.0 CGPA or equivalent

2. Degree can be in statistics, analytics, operations research, applied mathematics or equivalent

3. Outstanding record of academic achievement

4. Strong ethical/personal values, trustworthiness, and integrity

5. Commitment to excellence' mindset

6. Professionalism and ability to maintain discretion

7. Self-motivated and self-driven

8. Solid statistical know-how

9. Effective written and verbal communication skills - in English and local language(s)

10. A strong work ethic and service-mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in parallel

11. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently

12. Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and service-oriented environment

13. Willingness to travel

14. Proficiency in Python, R, and MS-Excel is a must

15. Familiarity with SPSS will be an added plus although not mandatory

16. Experience using SQL and VBA

17. Proclivity for knowledge management

18. Ability to develop an understanding of individual client needs and statistical trends
