Strategic Initiatives Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Helping in driving strategic initiatives and managing campus ambassadors the distribution channel connecting the undergrads through one of them
2. Structuring and improving communications through learning and improving what goes to the campus ambassadors, how we resonate better, how we inculcate creativity and create excitement in every communication being sent
3. Helping by acting like you are one of them, driving their engagement and making them productive
4. Executing the operations such as their payout structure, recognition, following the timetable (& improving the same)

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Great communication skills: We would love for you to have a knack for college lingos, creativity, etc.
2. Ability to solve complex problems and brainstorm in a collaborative manner
3. Fair knowledge of MS Office (in the order of i. Excel, ii. PowerPoint and iii. Word)
