1. Negotiate with aggregates like artist collectives/universities/social media pages/ record labels, etc. for aggregating leads on artists
2. Connect with artists/high engagement users across India and convince them to apply for our various artist programs
3. Generate leads from various colleges/corporates/event venues for conducting virtual music fests/events through the flagship virtual platform
4. Come up with suggestions to enhance the success of the virtual event such that the organization achieves optimal revenue through virtual events
5. Prepare the budget for virtual events and fests
6. Ensure adherence to operational SOP's for the successful completion of targets
7. Negotiate strategic partnerships with brand sponsors like Red Bull, Spotify, Tinder, Myntra, etc.
8. Analyze the success of various programs & prepare reports and dashboards
9. Work on maintaining relationships with strategic partners and brands (Paytm Insider, Zoom, brand partners, etc.)

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4000 per artist ).

During this pandemic, social distancing norms have forced everyone to stay at home. So, any public gatherings like concerts or late-night shows have been out of the question. We, at Culture Edge Technologies Private Limited, wanted to do our bit to help out the artists and most importantly bridge the gap between musicians and the audience.
Our product Ombre is a mobile application (a product of Culture Edge Technologies Private Limited), which has been created during the lockdown. It acts like a portal with the intent of providing musicians with a larger audience via genre preferences for their online live stream performances like Facebook and Instagram lives.
