3. Taking attendance to ensure his batch has an average attendance of 90%
4. Enrolling new students and interacting daily for a week
5. Intervening through calls (mentoring/counseling)
6. Ensuring students participate in tests/assignments/doubts app/replay with an average 85% engagement & engagement with parents on progress report on a weekly basis
7. Tracking student performance tracking (student academic, test, attendance & PTM)
