What will you do?
1. Counsel the Internshala students (existing and prospective) by answering their queries (related to online trainings we offer) and resolving any problems they may be facing in a prompt and earnest manner. You may go through our different online training here - https://trainings.internshala.com
2. Take feedback from current users regarding their experience with Internshala & identify improvement opportunities
What will you learn from this internship?
You will learn the art of communication and the art of being empathic towards users, hence enhancing your soft skills. You will get the knack of motivating the users and how to build relations with them. You will also get to know the nitty-gritty of how Internshala Trainings, as a product and as a business, works.
Who are we looking for?
1. Someone who enjoys serving and helping others with a strong sense of empathy. Someone who loves interacting with people & takes pride in how her actions make this world a better place to live - one happy user at a time.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 8th Apr'20 and 13th May'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. We are looking for someone who can work full time (from home) for 2 weeks of onboarding and then full time on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
The hired interns might need to help during regular days too or on public holidays on weekdays, and the stipend would be calculated accordingly based on the extra number of hours. The candidates should be available for minimum 3 months.
