What will you do?
- Counselling the Internshala users (existing and prospective) by answering their queries (related to internships or the online trainings we offer) and resolving any problems they may be facing, promptly and earnestly
- Taking feedback from current users regarding their experience with Internshala & identifying improvement opportunities
This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys serving & helping others with a strong sense of empathy, someone who loves interacting with people & takes pride in how their actions make this world a better place to live in, one happy user at a time, someone who can champion the cause of users across the organization, and someone who wants to make a career in this. 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 25th Sep'20 and 30th Oct'20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. As a part of this internship, the selected intern will be required to work 5 days a week, which may include weekends
2. Students from psychology, humanities, business background and students of other streams with an interest in Customer Service are encouraged to apply
