About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on customer profiling: listen and record student's background, academic record, strengths, and career preferences
2. Work on customer education: acquire knowledge about Skill-Lync products and use it to educate and enable customers to make decisions
3. Work on counselling and career guidance: mentor, offer advice from the industry point of view, provide career guidance
4. Work on interview preparation: help students to build a professional profile (CV, LinkedIn, Portfolio etc.), conduct mock-interviews
5. Measure and track student performance in the interview preparation phase
6. Maintain B2B relationship: establish and maintain industrial connections using multiple channels, in the context of placements and partnerships
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 20th Nov'20 and 25th Dec'20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. He/She should have a strong engineering background and an impeccable professional approach

2. Can take complete ownership in guiding the customers (students) in finding the right solutions in terms of their professional career and drive them on the right path to acknowledge their full potential
