About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on planning and executing GruwitZ's student engagement programs
2. Define and execute a plan of action to continuously engage our student's community and improve user retention
3. Create unique campaigns and find relevant partners for them to scale up the user engagement on the platform
4. Build solid relationships with universities around the globe in order to increase participation
5. Lead a team of strong, motivated community and team, set their quarterly goals and tune them to give their best performance
