Subject Matter Expert (Biology) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on curriculum and content design for high college or secondary grades appropriate for on-line teaching and learning
2. Ensure the content design uses best education practices - establish key learning objectives, use lesson flow that enhances students learning and uses acceptable visual aids like image/diagrams, gifs and short video clips
3. Create storyboards through brainstorming with the team
4. Coordinate with the graphic media team to make necessary visual aids to be utilized in the content
5. Design in-class and post-class assessments and worksheets
6. Create, update & review supplementary content materials like short notes, assignments, tests, quizzes, mock take a look at series, etc.
7. Plan and execute projects to meet timelines
8. Be responsible for achieving Learning expertise and Learning outcome improvement goals
9. Track student performance information and feedback. Use them to spot gaps in content design/delivery and suggest corrective actions
10. Maintain the established quality parameters for content items of the topic within the target course
