About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on reviewing and monitoring content quality to ensure comprehension, curriculum coverage, and the existence of predefined parameters
2. Conduct quality assessment & root cause analysis and deliver feedback to various internal and external stakeholders
3. Work closely with team lead & crossover teams and provide feedback/suggest policy-related improvements
4. Collaborate with other QA teams to develop high-quality inspection standards and continuously optimize internal processes
