3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
4. Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection
5. This role requires candidates who are comfortable working at night, have their own laptop, and are willing to provide solutions on live portals or client portals
Additional details:
1. Daily 15 solutions required
2. Experts have to work rotational shifts, night shift (12 am - 8 am) and day shift (10 am - 5 pm)
