About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the RFQ process for a critical high volume system and create a scorecard to evaluate quotes from the suppliers
2. Manage multiple projects by utilizing strong written and oral communication to establish priorities
3. Coordinate shipping for FTL and PTL shipments
4. Maintain supply data in Excel
5. Assist with contacting fleet owners for pick-up of outgoing FTL and PTL shipments
6. Analyze operation planning for tracking shipment or maintaining a smooth delivery
7. Identify new leads using the various platform as a tool to increase business efficiency
8. Coordinate with demand (customer) and supply (vendors)
9. Coordinate with the finance department for vendor onboarding and payments
10. Work on digital marketing, operation solving & management, fleet and client problem solving
