1. Must have good acumen skills: must be a business-savvy design thinker interested in revolutionizing industries (business acumen is essential, as well as demonstrated passion for solving challenges)
2. Must have good communication skills: the ability to draft clearly and concisely; good written and oral language skills
3. Must have good teamwork skills: good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different national and cultural backgrounds to achieve organizational goals
4. Must have a client orientation: considers all those to whom services are provided to be 'clients' and seeks to see things from the clients' point of view
5. Must be good with planning & organizing: allocates appropriate amount of time and resources for completing the work
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per proposal selected by client ).
