About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and update technical documentation (server configuration, backup, and recovery procedures)
2. Write documentation for the daily operation (server configuration, perform backup and recovery procedures)
3. Provide system administration and support for Windows Active Directory, DNS (Windows and BIND), internet/Firewall, and WWW computer(s) and associated software
4. Deliver technical support to engineering teams, aiding optimization of the existing system(s) and processes
5. Analyze engineering teams' processes and identify areas for improvements
