We are looking for an IT/Tech Intern to provide technical assistance. You will help install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, servers, Cloud, and security devices.
1. Support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, server management, Firewall, backup, and disaster recovery, etc.
2. Set up and test desktop computer peripherals
3. Perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies
4. Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
5. Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments
6. Install and configure software and hardware, monitor performance, and maintain systems according to requirements
7. Troubleshoot issues and outages

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per performance based).
