1. Dealing and handling, various system, and server related issues physically and remotely
2. Performing ticket-based operations for our international clients
3. Providing assistance over remote as a technical expert to international clients
4. Working as a Kaseya expert and provide solutions to any issue occurred while maintaining the server and workstations through Kaseya
5. Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications
6. Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system
software
7. Training or certification in CCNA, CCNP or MCSA (any-one)
8. Working on a ticketing system and understanding SLA based ticket resolutions
9. Working on Connectwise and Autotask
Client interfacing and client handling for all tickets and projects for US Cloud, In-house data centers. Have an opportunity to learn and perform all levels 1, 2 & 3 work. Great learning and growth opportunities. Knowledge of Virtualization, Cloud, AWS technologies, Hyper V, and Vmware.
