This is a full-time Internship and requires the intern to be present in the office premises on the working days.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generating information on talent availability, competitors, product releases, strategic information about companies like downsizing/ layoff, hiring, and leadership changes
2. Understanding the job market
3. Identifying and attracting talent pool, reviewing and qualifying
4. Focusing on social recruitment
5. Working on market research projects and competitor profiling
