About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
3. Determining selection criteria
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements
