About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage complete recruitment life cycle for identifying the best talent from diverse sources
2. Work very closely with founders/hiring managers to ensure a proper understanding of the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job
3. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
4. Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles)
5. Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
6. Set up the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
7. Recommend ways to optimize and showcase the employer brand by positioning the company as a great place to work to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates
8. Source the best talent through the internal database, job portal, headhunting, references, advertisements, networking sites, etc.
9. Work on manpower planning, budgeting, ensuring smooth interview, offer & joining process
10. Manage salary negotiation, offer preparation, background verification, new joiner feedback, etc.
11. Ensure the dashboard of recruitment is shared on a weekly basis
12. Generate reports on various recruiting statistics; time to fill, cost per hire, source of hires, etc.
