Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process
2. Collaborate with internal team members to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
3. Assist with job posting and advertising processes
4. Execute full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assignment round, selection, offer documentation, and more
5. Participate in college placements and recruiting sessions
6. Assist in maintaining weekly hiring reports and trackers
7. Conduct reference checks and regular candidate check-ins

Skills & Requirements:

1. Post-graduate degree in HR preferred
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
4. Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
