About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Updating the company's database
2. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill job vacancies
3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
4. Posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
5. Assisting in the planning of company events
6. Coordinating new hire orientations
7. Sourcing potential candidates on a large scale and helping to reduce the time to hire (TAT)
8. Optimizing the hiring cost, and deliver the best talent at Ketto
