Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the senior management of the company supporting them with key processes and projects
2. Help source suitable candidates for the hiring requirements.
3. Organize exploratory/screening calls with candidates to tell them about Codal and the role
4. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback schedule
5. Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in the recruiting process
6. Work as an interface between the candidates and the organization
7. Maintain the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
