Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on candidate sourcing - understanding/Inferring hiring requirements for roles allocated (must haves/good to haves/diversity preferences/etc) and hunting for relevant candidates on job portals (Naukri/LinkedIn/etc)
2. Working on employer branding - researching around the startups client to be able to deliver a convincing recruitment pitch to candidates and tackle any doubts/questions around the same
3. Working on candidate engagement - keeping the candidates warm and engaged throughout the hiring process until onboarding, offering best in class candidate experience
4. Working on stakeholder management - serving as a knowledge partner/industry expert to startup clients & candidates and counseling them around doubts/pain points to expedite the process and ensure a smooth hiring experience
