Talent Development (External Utility Training) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop, frame & assist in planning, organizing & executing of the external program with external utilities/stakeholders based on training needs. To have strong follow-up & connection with external Discoms, as & when desired
2. Initiate and conduct internal programs relating to external training, theme-based lectures & others
3. Design program proposals & assist in the making of session plans, follow up with clients for external related programs, prepare training calendars & brochures for the themes/ programs
4. Act as faculty for internal/external programs on behavioral subjects or as per the needs and requirements & as program manager facilitating and conduct of the revenue-generating external program
5. Maintain a monthly record of MIS, documentation/file record maintenance for each program conducted for repository purposes, preparation of external program reports preparation of monthly calendar, and follow-up
6. Develop various marketing collaterals for soliciting external training business
7. Plan regular follow-ups for getting invoices made and with the organizations to ensure timely realization of payments

Who can apply:

1. B.Tech (Elect.)/ MBA - HR (regular and full-time course only)
2. Minimum 60% marks throughout education (starting 10th nnwards)
3. All the qualifications since schooling should be regular and full-time course only
4. Candidates with prior experience will be preferred
