Teaching Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Optimize the learning and play environment
2. Provide an environment where everyone can have a positive experience throughout the day
3. Take initiative, design and follow a full schedule of activities and discover suitable teaching material
4. Balance your teaching between logical and social exercises
5. Prepare and follow a module based on developmentally appropriate practices that help each child reach his/her fullest potential in cognitive development
6. Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing, etc.) to enhance the child s abilities
7. Evaluate children s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track by maintaining observation records/logs correctly
8. Remain in constant communication with Sportyze members/parents and update them on the progress of their children
9. Observe children s interactions and promote the spirit of concord
10. Identify behavioral strengths/problems and determine the right course of action and collaborate with other colleagues
11. Adhere to Sportyze standards and safety regulations as established
12. Treat all children, families, and staff members with dignity and respect, and allow for individual differences
