Teaching Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and coordinating the preparation of content for various learning products of our organization
2. Facilitating the integration of content with the knowledge and experience of the trainees
3. Using a variety of training strategies/learning experiences review written materials of training participants
4. Seeking feedback from participants, modifying the training approach, and then observing & recording the effects of the changes
5. Creating activities that allow for the active participation of everyone in the group
6. Sensing the need for trainees on individual bases and as a group
7. Grooming employees to successfully face corporate challenges & aligning them to company and client goals
8. Training our team in communication skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing
9. Delivering, projecting, and motivating trainees through effective training methodologies both in the group and individual classroom
10. Delivering and continuously improving training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across
