Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Feb'19 and 8th Mar'19
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
North East Educational Trust (NEET) is an NGO registered as a public charitable trust in Assam, Guwahati. NEET was set up in 2009 to explore alternatives in the field of education. NEET works with children and teachers to enhance creative expressions and critical thinking by using innovative techniques of learning. The main objective of NEET to run the library programme to enhance children's ability of critical thinking and their ability to express themselves. The library programme consists of running NEET's community library, conducting regular library sessions in government schools and conducting capacity enhancement workshop with educators.
Additionally, NEET carries out research on education, documents the best practices across the Indian education space, and conducts professional development programmes for teachers.
