Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Map out training plans, design and develop training programs
2. Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals, and exercises
3. Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with the session
4. Define student workflow, establish metrics, deliverables, and other processes for measuring
program progress
5. Train student(s), teachers, and clients based on various curriculums
