Tech Support Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

This is purely a technical profile so the candidate should know the basic troubleshooting/fixes.

1. Interact with the customer politely and professionally and providing solutions to the problems including the basic troubleshooting
2. Control emotions/anger/happiness or sorrow to maintain the professionalism
3. Take the remote access of the computer/servers either transferred by the sales team or by yourself to solve the issue
4. Create a list of the issues, create tickets, maintain the status and documentation, and then transfer it to the senior for a quality checkup
5. Work on professional tools for coordination with another team member either by chat or call
6. Interact with third-party vendors to process the billing related issues and settle the issues
7. Get the digital contract done, get disclaimer, refund policy to the client from the company email, and get an authorization
