About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify, investigate, and resolve users' problems with our Educational ERP software
2. Field support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, and similar concerns
3. Consult with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem
4. Apply knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems
5. Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include the use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions
6. Collaborate with other staff to research and resolve problems
7. Collaborate with programmers to explain errors and/or recommend modifications in programs

ASP.NET C# Computer Networks English Proficiency (Spoken) ERP Implementation and Deployment
Earn certifications in these skills
