Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Operate machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance
2. Assemble high voltage battery assemblies in accordance and complete various production-related tasks as assigned
3. Work on manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement
4. Work on identifying, reporting, and participating in actions to improve health and safety to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace
5. Communicate effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams
6. Works with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair
7. Work on production planning & technical monitoring of the battery-making process
