We are looking for people with interests and capabilities to provide technical product support to our customers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attend to customer requests through tickets, email, or chat queries within SLA
2. Provide resolution through email response and chat platform, reference to documents or videos
3. Coordinate with engineering team for complex issues, resolve and keep the customer updated in timely manner
4. Involve in QA activities of the product to gain knowledge about the product and the platform
5. Write functional test cases and perform functional and performance testing of the products
6. Write technical documents about feature, support documents, blogs, etc. to exhibit knowledge and relevant materials that will improve product support activities
7. Keep the support documentation relevant by adding new documents, updating the existing ones with changes accordingly
8. Get involved in product demonstrations and customer relationship calls
Required skills:
1. Fresh graduate (computer science stream) with BE/ME, BSc/MSc, MCA - CSc/IT
2. Excellent software programming skills
3. Capability to understand software, middle-ware and integration technologies
4. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
5. Candidates should be ready to work in shifts 06 am - 03 pm/02 pm - 11 pm (IST)
6. Only male candidates preferred for the role

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
