Technical Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating a pipeline of subject matter experts for various technical and non-technical skills
2. Ensuring that SMEs retain with us
3. Coordinating with project managers to know the requirements for SMEs and brief the new joiners
4. Checking and ensuring the questions quality of the SMEs and checking their availability as well
5. Contributing to other operational tasks of the talent team and bringing forth new ideas and strategies for the growth of the team and company
6. Taking feedback from SMEs i.e. working as a SMEs relationship manager
7. Handling a team of new members, and solving their issues in the way of recruitment
