Technical Recruitment Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating a pipeline of subject matter experts for various technical and non-technical skills
2. Ensuring that SMEs retain with us
3. Coordinating with project managers to know the requirements for SMEs and briefing the new joiners
4. Checking and ensuring the questions quality of the SMEs and checking their availability as well
5. Contributing to other operational tasks of the talent team and bringing forth new ideas and strategies for the growth of the team and company
6. Taking feedback from SMEs i.e. working as the SMEs relationship manager
7. Handling a team of new members, solving their issues in the way of recruitment
8. Taking interviews as per roles and assigned by reporting managers/team leads
9. Following the tasks allotted by the company/management due to requirements
10. Updating reporting managers about the daily activities
