About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the reporting manager for executive search assignments in the international and domestic tech recruitment domains
2. Understanding the mandate requirements and sourcing candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. under the supervision of the reporting manager
3. Coordinating with the candidates over mails and calls
4. Assisting in market research for management consulting assignments

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per successful recruitment).
