Technical Sales Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Using a deep knowledge of the Engati platform, ensure that the solution can be executed both functionally and technically, within the scope and timeline defined in agreement with the customer
2. Proactively and accurately identifying prospect pains and proposing creative solutions
3. Owning the development of custom demonstrations and prototypes to articulate use-cases and value to prospective enterprise customers across verticals and regions.
4. Documenting and communicating product feedback/gaps and new requirements from the field to drive cross-team collaboration
5. Clearly articulating technical capabilities of the products; attending and/or performing technical demonstrations
6. Working with the internal product teams, to build, solve and enable customers to their full potential
7. Ensuring all customer conversations are logged - follow up with customers and other internal teams and ensure the deal is closed along with the sales team
