Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying hardware and software solutions
2. Troubleshooting technical issues
3. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
4. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
5. Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
6. Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
