About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take complete ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
2. Install and configure software, networks, and applications as needed.
3. Continuously monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
4. Respond to technical support requests and communicate solutions to clients or team members.
5. Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, system, and network-related problems.
6. Assist in deploying and supporting new applications and updates.
7. Maintain documentation of issues and their resolutions for future reference.
8. Provide clear written and verbal communication during support and escalation.
9. Address and resolve software-related concerns efficiently.
10. Perform installation, maintenance, and emergency visits across India for company products.
11. Conduct testing of sensors, radars, and electronic equipment, including integration with PLCs.

1. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.

5. Basic knowledge of electrical schematics and general arrangement (GA) drawings.
6. Ability to interpret flow charts and UML diagrams.
7. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
