Technical Support Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues within agreed time limits
2. Research and identify solutions to software issues
3. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
4. Talk to clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until their technical issue is solved
5. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
6. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
7. Ensure all issues are properly logged
8. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
9. Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
10. Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports
