About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on level 1 troubleshooting of technical problems clients may encounter using our application, diagnosing and resolving client reported issues, and advising our customers
2. Provide top-quality technical support & troubleshoot IT networks and communications systems, including associated applications
3. Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
4. Suggest product features/gaps to avoid issues based on experience
5. Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity
