About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
2. Learn and work on changing and emerging technologies
3. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues by questioning customers about the issues they are facing in a detailed fashion so that they understand the nub of the problems
4. Follow standard procedures of the organization to resolve issues by escalating them to the relevant internal departments
5. Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance steps taken to resolve them and the specific dates/individuals involved

Other requirements

1. Comfortable with traveling all over India for on-site projects

2. Strong technical and analytical skills

3. Industry-specific certification in computer languages or software may be required

4. Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success

5. Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer

6. In-depth knowledge of the product that the technician is supporting

7. Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS

8. Strong problem-solving skills
