About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing Office 365 troubleshooting and related issues
2. Working on desktop and laptop H/W troubleshooting, Windows and Ubuntu installation
3. Performing MS OS, office installation & working on related issues
4. Managing printer installation, Outlook configuration & troubleshoot related issues
5. Installing and configuring client computer systems
6. Responding to client IT support requests
7. Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues
8. Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
9. Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
10. Tracking and managing work records
