1. Act as an intermediary between the organization and customer such as dealing with the complaints and queries of consumers
2. Preparation of set answers in order to reply to customer queries immediately
3. Should have dual qualities of time management, patience and ability to speak to customers with confidence and conviction
4. Should have an attitude that is well approachable by customers and understanding their problems
5. Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the customer wants to say or express
6. Must know Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi, and Manageable Telugu and Tamil
